Home-based in Zhongshan, China's Garden city and winner of the UN Habitat Award, Bond boasts all the superior conditions and facilities to look after our Western teachers. Situated at the southern tip of the Pearl River Delta, China's most developed and wealthy region, Zhongshan is the only Chinese city named after a historical figure Sun Zhongshan ( better known as Dr. Sun Yat-sen in the West ). It takes only about 30 minutes to reach Zhongshan from Macau by car and 70 minutes from HK by ferry. Zhongshan has a most agreeable sub-tropical climate. The average temperature of the year is around 20 degrees.
Zhongshan does not have an airport of its own. However, within a radius of less than 90 kms, Zhongshan is easily accessible via five major international airports: Hongkong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
